Question by LadykillerLove: Becoming a vegetarian again! Help please(:?
I was a vegetarian for 2 years and quit about 2 years ago. I’m 13, so I’m still growing, and need help. I just a have a few questions. (I’m only going vegetarian, not vegan, and I won’t eat fish)

Is there anything that I should know about that “secretly” (LOL) has some form of animal in?
How can I get good nutrients without meat?
Is it OK to become a vegetarian at my age, or will it screw up my body?

It is the position of the American Dietetic Association that appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes

you can’t go wrong with raw fruits, vegetables nuts. soak raw seeds like sunflowers in water overnight, drain them and put them in the blender with some orange juice and banana. sunflower seeds are so good for you, they are a complete protein, have a ton of vitamins and minerals.
