How does this diet plan sound to you, i’m aiming to maintain; too much?
I’m 5”2, 16 and 88 pounds
I walk 60 mins a day.

Breakfast: Alpen cereal(contains oats, bran, almonds and raisins) – no added sugar. (250kcal)
Lunch: Wholemeal Bread (110kcal), Tuna (74kcal), Apple (80kcal), Banana (98kcal)
Snack: 2 Weetabix (127kcal), Skimmed milk (50kcal), Raisins (44kcal)
Dinner: Cod (83kcal), Vegetables (110kcal), Apple(80kcal), Wholemeal Bread(55kcal)
Snack: Alpen cereal(contains oats, bran, almonds and raisins) – no added sugar. (250kcal)
